In this tutorial, you will learn to create a round text animation in after effects. This is a simple and easy tutorial. Making the Round text is so easy to create in Photoshop and Illustrator. But in this tutorial, I will show you an easy technique to animate the round text in after effects without using any plugin.
So, let’s get started.
Step 1: Open Adobe After Effects then Create a new composition. Rename it to Round Text Animation. Set the Resolutions to 1920×1080 Pixels, 30 Frames per second, and set the duration to 5 seconds.
Step 2: Go to Layer > New > Select the Solid layer with black color.
Step 3: Select the Type tool from the toolbar and add your text to the screen.
Step 4: Select the Text layer, go to the toolbar and select the Ellipse Tool. Then create a circle on the text. It will create a Mask on a text layer.
Step 5: Go under the text properties > Under the Text > Under the Path Options > Select Mask 1.
Step 6: Under the Path Options > Set the Reverse Path to On.
Step 7: Add a keyframe on First Margin at the beginning, then go about 5 seconds forward, and change the First Margin value to 1000.
