Here’s the Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Open adobe after effects, Go to the composition Menu, and create a new composition. Rename it to Overlay video. Set the resolution to 1920×1080 pixels. 30 frames per second and set the duration to 5 seconds according to your video length.

Step 2: Select the Horizontal Type tool from the toolbar and add your text. Increase the text size then align your text to the center.

Step 3: Go to the File menu > Import > Select your video footage. Drag the video just below the text layer.

Step 4: Go to the Track Matte and choose Alpha Matte “Overlay video”. Activate the motion blur if you want.
