Step 6: Go under Physics > Air > Set the Wind Y to -200.

Step 7: Under the Physics > Turbulence Filed > Change the Aspect Position to 500. Set the Evolution Speed to 10. Set Move with the wind to 100%, Set Fade in time to 3, and Set Octave Multiplier to 2.

Step 8: Go under the Particles > Set the Particle Type to Streaklet, Size to 75, Opacity to 5, Change the Size over life and Opacity to something like this.
