If you want to export video with transparent background, then this tutorial is made for you. In this tutorial, I will show you a simple and easy method to render a video with transparent background in After Effects. After watching this tutorial you will be able to render your logo animation, lower thirds, and presentation with transparent background easily. You can watch my video for a better understanding or here are some easy steps.

Step 1: Open Adobe After Effects, then create a logo animation for your project with a transparent background.

Step 2: Click this little view toggle transparency button.

Here you can check if you have a transparent background or not by toggling the view so normally. If it’s off the After Effects will just show you have it against a black background. But you toggle it on you can see that pattern means that it’s transparent.

We just want to make sure that we don’t have some sort of solid or image layers below the logo layers. If there is a black background make sure you delete all of your background layers.

Step 3: Simply click on composition and go to composition then select Add to render queue.
