Let’s get started.

Step 2: Go to the Layer menu > New > Select the Solid (Black color).

Step 3: Go to the Effects & Presets, and search the effect Noise HLS. Drag and drop to the solid layer. Then change some settings.

Noise HLS Settings for Solid 1: Change the Noise type from uniform to Grain. Change the Lightness value to 175%. Make sure you are at the first frame on a timeline, then click the Noise Phase stopwatch to add a keyframe. Go to about the last frame on a timeline. And change the Noise Phase value to 12. It would be 12x+0.0 degrees.

Step 4: Go to the Layer menu > New > Select the Solid (Black color). Go to the Effects & Presets, and search the effect Noise HLS. Drag and drop to the solid layer. Then change some settings.

Noise HLS Settings for Solid 2: Change the Noise type from uniform to Grain. Change the Lightness value to 250%. Change the Grain size to 2.0. Make sure you are at the first frame on a timeline, then click the Noise Phase stopwatch to add a keyframe. Go to about the last frame on a timeline. And change the Noise Phase value to -12. It would be -12x+0.0 degrees.

Now, we have two solid layers. Select the top solid layer, and change the Layer blend mode from normal to Soft Light.

Step 5: Create a new Solid layer. Go to the Effects & Presets then search the Effect Called CC Particle Systems II. Drag and drop to the newly created solid layer.

Step 6: Go to the Effects and presets, and search the Effect Glow. Drag and drop to the same solid layer. Then change the Glow threshold to 35%. Glow Radius to 50%.

Step 7: Select all layers, right-click, and choose pre-compose. Rename it to Glitter_text.

Step 8: Create a new composition then rename it to Text or Logo. Drag and drop just above the Glitter_Text Layer. Double click the Text or Logo Composition. And then type your text.

Step 9: Go back to the Main composition, and change the Track Matte to Alpha Matte.
